Aerodrome is surrounded by high mountains which will hide the Rwy on the downwind leg. The PIC must have made a reconnaissance flight with an approved instructor within the last two months and approved by the instructor in the log book or have used the aerodrome as a PIC in the last 24 months. Aerodrome is unusable when the 'speed of wind' parameter given by the AFIS is out of date.
