Liverpool was rebranded in 2001 as a tribute to former Beatle, John Lennon. Operated by Liverpool Airport PLC - PPR for non-radio aircraft and for aircraft not based at Liverpool (PPR through a handling agent as ATC will not grant permission) - handling by - Customs available - Jet A1 available, Avgas available by arrangement with handlers - Arrivals: ATC will either select the appropriate threshold or instruct the helicopter to make an approach to the runway.
