This starts on a Friday (about 6pm) with a tutored Wine Tasting in a relaxed environment, where we will choose the wines for Saturday evening. This then leads to a 5 course menu plus canapés (and wines) that evening. There is a cooking demonstration on the Saturday afternoon where we will be doing our renowned "Food Recognition" competition (with prizes). Tony will be demonstrating something like the Brie du Meaux, Cheese Soufflé, talk about using Chocolate in savoury dishes (for example with roe deer ) and how to temper chocolate. After a brief rest, there will be a 7 course menu plus canapés with your chosen wines on the Saturday evening. Rooms are available from £740.00 for 2 persons, for 2 nights Wine tasting. Dinner & wines, Bed & Breakfast and cookery demonstration for East up to £900.00 for Churchill.
